In a complex structure where a client set up various trusts with underlying companies each with different assets, we believe there is a need for a regular and centralised ‘bible’ that lists all important facts and action points on which the various stakeholders (client, administrator, lawyer, banker, tax advisor, investment manager etc.) are currently working on. This allows them to refocus on the outstanding tasks and to give them a macro picture of the entire structure.
